I am an attorney and legal consultant specializing in business legal wellness for women-led companies. Our firm focuses on business analysis through the lens of outside general counsel — we are our clients legal department “on call.”

Our business wellness process includes thorough review of a start-up or growing company’s legal structure and organization, leases and other contracts, employee agreements (including NDA/non-competes), intellectual property, WISP compliance, and business succession planning where appropriate. Our focus is on strengthening our clients’ legal foundations, and implementing legal strategies that help entrepreneurs lead with confidence.

I would like to share with Mass Innovation Nights our firm’s process for diagnosing and addressing some of the most common legal issues for start-ups and growing businesses and how issues unique to women entrepreneurs can provide opportunities for strategic partnerships between legal service providers and business leaders.
