His signature trademark as being a “breakthrough guy” is derived from his intuitive ability to break down and identify what’s critical, solve problems up front, analyze a design for manufacturing realization, and identify the essential Critical to Function (CTF) areas in the design, process, and supply chain to bring products to market on time and at required production volumes.
Gary’s most recent concentration has been in the commercialization of process intensive, precision, high volume products, and organization development, to ensure controllable growth, high probability of return on investments, and faster time to profit. This approach is captured in his proprietary CTF/PLF Commercialization Methodology, of which he successfully trained and applied as an executive and consultant at Aegis Lightwave, Corning, and others.
