My Primary Aim is to match people with opportunities and companies with human assets. This comes in the form of three paths namely finding a new job, buying a business or investing in a franchise. It is a search for their Primary Aim and once realized the path that they choose comes very clear as it did for me. I am a Matchmaker!!! Introducing people to opportunities that they would never even consider on their own and then helping them to take the plunge embracing this new opportunity while learning how to channel their fear of failure into a motivating force as opposed to an insurmountable obstacle.

Recognized as a disruptor and thought leader Bob accepted his industry’s call to head up its national association’s Educational Institute as CEO.Continuing on he then joined the world’s largest franchisor, Cendant Corporation, as President/CEO of Travelodge hotels.
