Phil Nachman, Principal of the firm, has an extensive background in med tech recruiting, following successful employment at a medical device start up in sales and earlier in field engineering and support. He also worked at a teaching hospital, so has had exposure to the user environment.
Phil leverages his deep understanding of the medical products industry, and expertise in recruiting talent to meet his clients' unique needs for appropriate skill set and fit in their corporate cultures.
He earned graduate degrees in gerontology, and in health education with a focus on public health at the University of Florida, and a BS in social sciences at the State University of New York, Binghamton.
