LV has been collaborating in a wide array of projects related to financial consulting. This Includes, private equity and real estate transactions, Investments, legal documentation and structuring several investment platforms. LV’s business credits include: RentCambridge.com: Launched in 1996, rentcambridge.com was one of the first online resources where perspective renters could view, select, schedule an appointment and rent apartments online. While a matriculated Student at Harvard University, in 1996 LV conceptualized, designed and launched the online Real Estate portal, rentcambridge.com, during the internet tech boom of the nineties. The concept was simple: Would someone choose to search for and rent an apartment using the internet? As a budding entrepreneur and innovator, LV created a new innovative business concept and executed the concept by developing an online model. This experience was capped off by the successful sale of the business in 2000. Pale Real Estate/Grey Management: A boutique style real estate brokerage and asset management firm which specialized in the acquisition, sale and management of multi-family residential property in New York City. As Director of Operations Pale Management and Gray Realty, while studying Real Estate at New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate, LV successfully negotiated a structured buyout of a small, well established but underperforming real estate management firm in New York City’s upper west side. Trans Metro Media: an innovative approach to repositioning payment system assets for public transportation systems to produce positive growth in non-fare revenue. Upon returning to Boston, LV’s entrepreneurial passions brought him to co-create Trans Metro Media, Inc. (TMM) was a Boston-based, alternative mass transit-oriented marketing company, focused on the branding, re-branding, and licensing of the public transportation payment system assets Trans Metro Media successfully produced and won the RFP process for 3 major Public Transportation systems including the MBTA (Mass DOT) before being acquired by a subsidiary of a Federal Defense Contractor in 2013. StartupLab Allston: A Co-Working and Business Cultivation Space for entrepreneurs fleeing the high pricing of the current innovation districts in Cambridge and Boston. As founder and startup concierge of StartupLab Allston, LV utilized his skill set and experience in starting companies to guide early stage entrepreneurs. His focus with StartupLab Allston was providing space and guidance through their visions and ideas to the critical point of execution. Having successfully pivoted the "StartupLab Allston" model from space based to one on one consultancy, the creation of Cambridge Argillite business development LV worked with over 35 individual entrepreneurs and small businesses companies in Greater Boston, Washington D.C. and New York City. LV concentrated in Government at Harvard University and Studied Real Estate Development at NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate.
