John is an active board member and mentor in Northeastern’s Health Sciences Entrepreneurs Program, an angel investor with LaunchPad Venture Group, and the Practice Lead at Mobile Integrity Consulting, LLC.
John currently leads the Digital Health strategy and technology innovation consultancy at Mobile Integrity. John helps healthcare providers, medical device manufacturers and pharmaceutical companies, define and commercialize mHealth applications, IoT wireless enablement of medical and consumer OTC devices, patient home therapies, clinician dashboards and big data analytics. Beyond harnessing new Digital Health technologies, John works extensively to integrate lean innovation methods for agile product definition / development and deep human behavior insights to the customer discovery and user experience design process. John has worked extensively within the kidney dialysis industry, which is an early adopter of home therapies, Digital Health and patient directed self-care.

John is a proven entrepreneur and executive with a wealth of healthcare IT, mobile, web and SaaS experience who leads the consulting practice at Mobile Integrity. This entails helping healthcare providers, medical device manufacturers and pharmaceutical companies, define and commercialize mHealth applications, IoT wireless enablement of medical and consumer OTC devices, patient home therapies, clinician dashboards and data science / analytics. John has the versatility to both work with senior executives on the broader strategy / vision and be hands-on to drive the user experience, product definition, technology details and operational rollout. The balance of John’s 25+ years of experience includes executive and product innovation roles within 7 startup ventures involving mobile, web and digital media technologies. This includes serving as co-founder and VP of Marketing and Product at mobile media company, Azuki Systems (acquired by Ericsson) as well as various marketing, product management, business development and engineering roles at wireless and service infrastructure providers Zettics (merged with Avova Data), Tatara Systems (acquired by Taqua), Sycamore Networks, Intraplex (acquired by Harris Corporation) and Microwave Radio (acquired by Adaptive Broadband).
John has both a technology innovation MBA and a BS in electrical engineering degree from Northeastern University where he also conducted research through their Center for Electromagnetic Research. John continues to be involved at NU as an executive board member and mentor in their Health Sciences Entrepreneurs startup incubator program. John also has access to early stage innovation as an active angel investor with the LaunchPad Venture Group, which is the largest angel investor group in the Northeast.
