My Strategic Sourcing Consulting practice focuses on setting up and optimizing supply bases, and accelerating product to market. Clients avoid months of trial and error supplier validation for all mechanical, electromechanical, and electronics parts and assemblies. Since typically 70% of costs are designed into parts, I work closely with client/supplier engineering teams on early stage DFMA. Supply chains become extensions of engineering and R&D efforts.
